Refund policy

All merchandise, including but not limited to furniture, mattresses, bedding, etc., is non-returnable, final sale, and cannot be cancelled at any time once an order is placed. In the event Greencradle makes an exception and allows the customer to return a product, then the product must be (1) unused, (2) in original condition with tags attached, and (3) in their original sealed packaging.  Crux Family will not accept returns on products that have been opened or used and not in their original sealed packaging.   Please do not ship any products back to Crux Family, unless you have received a return authorization number from Crux Family.  If the customer rejects an order at time of delivery or returns a product without a return authorization number, Crux Family will reject the return and the customer will remain liable for payment in full for the product, as well as for all return shipping costs back to the customer, such other fees/charges incurred by Crux Family, and/or, at Crux Family’s discretion, a restocking fee.  If a product has been returned with a return authorization number from Crux Family, and the product upon inspection is determined to have been (1) used, (2) not in original condition with tags attached, and/or (3) not in their original sealed packaging, then Crux Family will reject the return and the customer remain liable for the payment in full for the product, as well as all return shipping costs, including back to the customer and other fees/charges incurred by Crux Family. By providing your credit card information via the web or by the telephone after accessing this site you are agreeing to all such terms and conditions, including the return/cancellation policy, and that you further agree to provide payment in full. Note that no signature is required by law to bind you to this contractual agreement. By providing your credit card information authorizing us to process this transaction you have formed a valid, binding legal contract under California law and agree to the jurisdiction of Los Angeles Superior Court.
